Last January, 27-28, representative from the coordinating institution, University of Alicante, Spain, and a member of National University of Laos, Lao PDR, attended the ‘Grant Holders' meeting of newly selected Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects that took place in Brussels, Belgium, on behalf of OPEN consortium.

This two-day event aimed to address in detail issues related to the implementation of the CBHE project, the operational management of the grant agreement and the financial rules applicable to the CBHE grant.

The event was also an excellent opportunity for new and experienced coordinators to network and to share experience and good practice.

This meeting was divided into plenary sessions, parallel workshops sessions and helpdesks that allowed individual projects to meet their EACEA Project Officers.
